CAMP BGEN OSCAR M. FLORENDO – A registered nurse who served as a frontliner was arrested in a drug bust Tuesday in Barangay 1, Valdez, City of Batac in Ilocos Norte.
Joint operatives of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency and the Philippine National Police collared Mark Evon Baguinon, 28, a registered nurse at the City Health Office.
The suspect was included in the police list of high-value target drug personalities with codename “frontliner.”
Police confiscated from the suspect some 3.9 grams of shabu with a street value of P39,000. (Liezle Basa Inigo)
