Michael Pacquiao, son of boxing legend Manny Pacquiao, almost had perfect score in the ‘Bawal Judgmental’ contest of the popular noontime show Eat Bulaga Wednesday.
The young Pacquiao earned a total of P45,000 after going 3-for-4 in the first round before making 3-for-3 in the final round when he made the right choices. He shared the prize with his home partner.
Introduced as a rapper and artist, Pacquiao was teased early by TV host comedian Vic Sotto, as well as co-host Jose Manalo and Paolo Ballesteros as the latter spoke in English.
Sotto asked him, “Nagtatagalog ka ba?”
“Opo,” was the quick reply of Pacquiao, whose video went viral recently as he showcased his singing and rapping talent although he aspires to be a professional basketball player.
Pacquiao got it right on his first two of four choices from the seven guests on the question: “Sinu-sino sa kanila ang nanay ng artista?”
When he missed it on his third choice, Sotto said: “Medyo tinamaan ng isa si Pacquaio ha.”
But his fourth and final choice was correct.
In the second round, Pacquiao was asked to select one of the four questions, with one correct answer.
The first was “Sila ba ay sumali ng beauty pageant?” second was “Sila ba ay naging on-cam talent?” third was “Sila ba ay may-anak na nag-aaral, and fourth was “Sila ba ay nag-trabaho abroad?
Pacquiao initially picked the fourth question, and then changed it to the first question. However, after much thought, he finally settled to the second question which was being on-cam talent.
All three guests were former on-cam talents, thus giving Pacquiao a perfect 3-0 in the second round.
