A lone bettor won the P246,085,102 Ultra Lotto 6/58 jackpot Friday.
The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) said the winner guessed the winning combination 24-9-32-41-29-22. The winning ticket was placed in a lotto outlet in Banga, Aklan.
The PCSO said 16 bettors got five winning numbers for the second prize of P120,000 each.
Jackpot winners should proceed to the PCSO main office in Mandaluyong City to claim their prizes and present the winning ticket and two identification cards.
The PCSO added that prizes above P10,000 are subject to a 20 percent tax pursuant to the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion (TRAIN) Act.
The PCSO said that there are now three lotto jackpot winners this month.
On Feb. 9, a bettor who placed a bet in Bagong Barrio, Caloocan City won the P10.2-million Lotto 6/42 jackpot. Four days earlier on Feb. 5, a bettor in Bacong, Negros Oriental bagged the P12.3-million Mega Lotto 6/45 jackpot.
There were five lotto jackpot winners last month. The Ultra Lotto 6/58 is drawn every Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday. (Merlina Hernando-Malipot)
