DOMESTIC BLISS – Everything’s coming up roses for Amy Perez… on the domestic front and in her career.
Amy’s happy and fulfilled wife to Carlo Castillo, TV5 reporter, and mother to three boys, Adi, 18, who’s in college, and the much younger Kyle and Isaiah. She faced a lot of obstacles before the domestic bliss, but then patience and determination paid off.
She announces that hopefully before the year is over Adi will be legally adopted by Carlo, “The people from the Department of Social Welfare and Development have visited us at home. Adi looks up to Carlo like father, kasama ng bata sa mga school activities.”
As you very well know, Adi is Amy’s son by her first husband, singer Brix Ferraris, who vanished without a trace.
Their marriage was annulled after years of waiting. Kyle and Isaiah are Amy’s sons by second husband Carlo.
But that is history.

HEALTHY KIDS – Amy Perez is so thankful that the chance to be an ATC Healthcare “Strike Brand Ambassadress” comes at a time when dengue is prevalent. With its anti-dengue products her three boys are assured of being healthy, “And I can share with other housewives ways to keep their children safe and sound.”
She assures that ATC Healthcare products – water-based insect spray, coil mosquito repellant, Strike mat and patch – are effective and safe. Affordable and economical, too.

‘TIANG AMY’ – Mrs. Castillo is referred to with affection as “Tiang Amy” on her ABS-CBN shows, “Umagang Kay Ganda” and “Sakto.”
“Tiang Amy” (everybody’s favorite aunt) exudes wisdom and optimism, with loads of humor, as host, making co-workers and guests alike relaxed and at ease.
Amy was reminded she has actually three shows, the third being the daily replay on Jeepney TV of the ’80s “Palibhasa Lalake,” where she horsed around with the likes of Richard Gomez, Joey Marquez, Cynthia Patag, Carmina Villaroel, the late Miguel Rodriguez, and Miss Gloria Romero. “Oo nga pala nakakatuwang balik-balikan.”
