What would you do if you learn that someone is lusting over you?
Would you chastise the person or would you simply give in to his urges?
This is the idea behind “Scorpio Nights 3” Vivamax’s modern retelling of the Peque Gallaga classic.
It follows the story of Matt (Gold Aceron), a student living in an apartment just above that of live-in partners Pinay (Christine Bermas), a cam girl, and Drake (Mark Anthony Fernandez), a government official’s bodyguard.
Matt secretly fantasizes over Pinay, constantly peeping through a hole, watching her as she makes love to Drake.
Unknown to Matt, Pinay actually knows about it.
She would go on to seduce him.
Will Drake find out?
Playing Pinay is Christine Bermas.
In the film, she bravely agrees to numerous sex scenes with both Mark and Gold.
She said, “BInigay ko ang lahat sa pelikula dahil alam ko kung gaano ka-importante ito. May history ang pelikula at ayokong mapahiya lalo na’t ang susundan ko ay pawang mga legends na like Anna Marie Gutierrez and Joyce Jimenez.”
But there is pressure.
Christine related, “Siyempre, kinabahan talaga ako dahil baka nga hindi ko magampanan ng maayos ang role o di kaya magkulang ako lalo na at malaki ‘yung expectations ng mga tao. Grabe ang pressure! Pero thankful ako sa aking co-stars at siyempre sa aming director na si Lawrence Fajardo dahil tinulungan nila ako at sinuportahan.”
Lawrence on his part maintained, “I am a huge fan of Peque. I knew him since way back. He was a mentor. To be able to do something related to his classic opus is a big honor.”
“Scorpio Nights 3” will be made available via Vivamax July 29.
