Singer-songwriter Silas was ecstatic meeting with us the evening of the launch of his music video for “Hauntingly.”
He is excited.
He believes it will allow people a different perspective of him as artist.
Silas described the music video as a “fun” little number that is sure to put a smile on people’s faces.
“And that’s what we need right now, really, what with all the challenges we are going through,” he said.
True enough, the music video is entertaining.
It shows Silas at his best — flaunting his flair for fashion inasmuch as his kooky sense of humor.
“I’m just being true to myself,” he said. “I’m not doing this to be popular or famous. I want to have fun and I want people to have fun with me.”
“Hauntingly” is a slice of energetic pop that scream ’80s.
Silas admitted, “I love the ’80s! I’m happy that you noticed that. I love the vibe of the era.”
Silas is keeping himself busy writing songs.
“I’m just naturally creative. I get inspiration from everything. I am aiming to release more songs, and spread fun.”
“Hauntingly,” as released by Vicor Music, is currently on top of the Pinoy Pop Playlist 2022 on Spotify.
The track can also be streamed on Apple Music, YouTube Music and other streaming platforms.
