Sam Milby continues to be among busiest actors in show business today, juggling projects left and right.
Given his hectic schedule, Sam is quite protective of his health.
“It’s getting harder, I mean I’m 38, I’m not getting any younger so, you know, I do all I can to help strengthen my body so I could always be ready for work,” he told us.
