A total of 74 entries will battle it out in the first day of semifinals of this year’s World Slasher Cup 1 9-Cock Invitational Derby at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
All of the 74 entries survived a tough two-cock elimination rounds last Friday.
Participants who scored 1.5 points and 1 point in the elimination round will also move on to the semifinals.
The winners of the semi-finals will move on to the four-cock pre-finals on Jan. 31 and grand finals on Feb. 1 wherein a new World Slasher Cup champion will be crowned.
