Filipino Chinese Bakery Association, Inc. (FCBAI) President Gerik Chua is inviting baking enthusiasts, entrepreneurs to their much-awaited Bakery Fair 2023, to be held from March 2-4 at the World trade Center in Pasay City.
The biggest and most star-studded baking event ever, Bakery Fair 2023 has 136 exhibitors.
It is meant to promote and uplift the country’s bakery industry in support of the government’s socio-economic development.
There will also be a number of educational seminars featuring top bakery companies, chefs and experts.
“Basically, everything you need to know about baking and the industry itself in general is going to be highlighted at the Bakery Fair,” said Gerik.
“There will be a lot of activities to enjoy,” he added. “So, you could bring everyone in the family and join in on the fun.”
A highlight is the FCBAI Bakers Cup Wedding Cake Competition, which showcases exciting and extravagant cake creations with a “Kasalang Pinoy” theme.
“It will be the battle of the best wedding cake creators,” said Gerik. “Be mesmerized with the entries, one of which is bound to win 80,000 pesos.”
Another highlight is the Angel Cup 2023 Bread Display Competition, which spotlights different kinds of bread.
The FCBAI is part of the Federation of Filipino Chinese Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FFCCCII), the umbrella business and civic organization of 170 Filipino Chinese chambers of commerce and trade organizations from all over the country.
