On October 15, 2022, Grammy-nominee South Korean group BTS hosted a concert in Busan.
On February 1, 2023, the concert was made into a film and was released in cinemas.
On November 9, 8am, the concert film will be released on Amazon Prime Video in 240 countries, including the Philippines.
Composed of Jin, SUGA, j-hope, RM, Jimin, V, and Jung Kook, the idol group is considered the most popular of its ilk.
The set was filmed in front of over 50,000 people at the Busan Asiad Main Stadium.
With the goal of raising a bid for the city to host the World Expo 2030, BTS’ set list consisted of nineteen songs including “MIC Drop,” “Run BTS, RUN,” “Save ME,” “00:00 (Zero O’Clock),” “Butterfly (Prologue Mix),” “UGH!,” “Cypher Pt. 3: Killer,” “Dynamite,” “Boy With Luv,” “Butter,” “Ma City,” “Dope,” “Fire,” “IDOL,” “Young Forever,” “For Youth,” “Spring Day,” and “Yet To Come.”
The footage was then mixed and edited to fit the cinematic experience.
Directed by Oh Yoon-dong and distributed by HYBE, the show clocks in at 1 hour and 44-minutes.
Tis isn’t the K-pop band’s first concert film, as they have previously done screen releases, “BTS: Yet to Come” being their fifth after “Burn The Stage: The Movie” in 2018, “Bring The Soul: The Movie” in 2019, “Break The Silence: The Movie” in 2020, and “Permission To Dance on Stage – Seoul: Live Viewing” in 2022.
