Anna Magkawas looked quite regal when we saw her during the thanksgiving party of her company, Luxe Beauty and Wellness Group.
Her happiness was made more obvious when we spoke to her briefly amid the celebration.
“Sobrang overwhelmed po ako, siyempre masaya,” she told us. “Thankful po ako kay Lord na nangyayari po ito. I can’t help but feel a surge of pride. Not just for the achievements, but in the journey that led us here. I feel truly blessed.”
Who wouldn’t be?
Anna started her company only in 2021.
Now it is already an established brand with thousands of users, supporters.
Looking back, she shared, “Mahirap din, siyempre lalo na first time ko mag-venture sa ganitong business. Pero, yun nga, sabi ko, ‘bakit hindi subukan?’ And ito na nga.”
“Of course, sinabayan ko po ito ng sipag, tiyaga,” she added.
Luxe Beauty and Wellness Group has many celebrity endorsers, among them Marian Rivera.
That night, she unveiled another big one in Vice Ganda.
“Nakakatuwa na pumayag talaga si Vice na maging endorser ng kumpanya,” Anna said. “Isa ako sa mga fans niya at napakalaking bagay na makasama ko siya sa aming paglalakbay.”
Despite the big names, Anna made clear it won’t affect the price of her products.
Anna related, “Maraming nagsasabi, ‘Ay tataas na presyo niyan kasi puro artista yung nagpopost.’ Pero honestly, ang presyo ko dati same lang po ng ngayon.”
Other stars seen at the shindig: Elisse Joson, Alexa Ilacad, Dimples Romana, Small Laude, Yllana Marie Aduana, Aubrey Miles, Dominic Roque, Dani Barretto, Connie Sison, Pinky Tobiano, Pau Fajardo, Deana Wong, Maxine Trinidad.
Anna has good reason for this.
She said, “Sabi nga nila, surround yourself with positive and inspiring people who truly believe in your potential and are there to offer you encouragement, constructive feedback, and emotional support through challenging and successful times.”
