Miggy Jimenez is now part of Star Magic’s roster of talents.
Many believe this is a good move for him, considering the reach of the popular talent management firm.
Then again, Miggy has what it takes talents-wise to shine in the industry.
Even in the early stages of his career, Miggy has already caught the attention of audiences with his undeniable screen appeal.
Most recently, Miggy garnered praise for his compelling performance as Poch in “Senior High.”
He was paired with Zaijian Jaranilla, his romantic interest, leaving many fans captivated with their storyline in the series.
Talking about his experience working with Zaijian, Miggy said, “Gets niyo na agad ‘yung gagawin without saying kung ano ang kailangan naming gawin. Malaking bagay na gano’n ka-open ‘yong co-actor mo. Si Zaijian, grabe mag-bigay.”
“I’m actually down with any characters because I love telling stories,” Miggy said, when asked about the roles he wanted to play.
Certainly, Miggy has demonstrated his willingness to take on any role, evident from his acting experience thus far.
He gained notice in the Youtube Boy’s Love (BL) series “Gameboys” with Elijah Canlas and Kokoy de Santos, which was later adapted into a movie and renewed for a second season.
On top of that, he showed his bold and daring side in the movies “Kitty K7” and “Two and One.”
He has also shown that he can keep up with superstars as he is a part of the movie “Pieta” starring Nora Aunor where he plays the late Jaclyn Jose’s character’s son, which will be released this year, with the exact date to be announced soon.
“There’s a deeper depth pala of acting, not just doing the scene itself. Marami palang dapat i-consider at kailangang intindihin to get to know everything.” Miggy shared about the art of being an actor.
When asked about his personal goal as an artist, Miggy said, “I wanna be known na magaling na actor kaysa sikat.”
Apart from acting, he is interested in exploring singing, dancing, and hosting opportunities if they arise.
His journey as a Star Magic artist promises excitement ahead.
Drawing inspiration from personal experiences, Miggy offers this message: “Not everything happens overnight. Be patient. Know what you really want to do. If meron kang tiyaga, laging merong lalabas na reward.”
