Julia Barretto inadvertently started a huge fire making public her sentiments relating to her relationship with dad Dennis Padilla and how he has supposedly been remiss in giving her “love and protection.”
First to react is none other than Dennis himself who is now only seemingly too eager to fan the flames, directly addressing Julia via social media.
He wrote, “Ako ang dapat takbuhan mo julia…. I defended you pero nagalit pa kayo sa akin… Sobra kayo…. Ano etong mga kwento mo kay karen??”
“Sobrang tayog ng lipad…awat na,” he added.
The actor also called out Karen Davila who conducted the interview as part of her recent vlog.
He told the journalist, “Usap tayo karen…. Wag ganun…You need to interview me… Maraming mali…”
This didn’t sit well with Julia’s aunt, Claudine Barretto, who has since joined the furor.
She called out Dennis via Instagram: “Kuya Tama na! Tumigil ka na pls! Sumusobra ka na! Maawa ka sa mga Bata.pls stop! Mag usap tayo.”
Meanwhile, Julia’s mom, Marjorie, posted, “Dearest Jul, I LOVE you with the kind of love that you can trust. Love that you can depend
on, and the kind that will protect you and never betray you.”
“Maybe you need to hear this today… I am so proud of you, Juli. I am so blessed to be able to call you my child. Here we go again, back in our family bubble shutting off the noise outside. Only choosing to be grateful for the good things that is in front of us. Remember Jul, God is all knowing,” she added.
