Jomoo Philippines, in collaboration with Max-i-mum Business Consultancy Services, has partnered with ES Clemente Development and Management Corporation in creating a sustainable and eco-friendly accommodations in Puerto de San Juan Beach Residences together with Makiling Mews Corporation.
The contract signing was held at Hotel Sofitel last May 18.
Puerto de San Juan Beach Residences is an expansion of the renowned Puerto de San Juan Beach Resort Hotel, a popular destination for both foreign and local tourists located in the Surfing Capital of the North, San Juan, La Union.
It is the brainchild of Emmanuel S. Clemente, head of ES Clemente Development and Management Corporation.
The project, designed by Palafox Associates, soaks up the natural beauty of its surroundings even as it allows for modern convenience as provided by Jomoo, a leading kitchen and bathroom brand with 15 smart manufacturing plans in Germany, France, and China.
These state of the art innovations are further sustained with Mariposa Mews’ eco-friendly materials.
Mariposa Mews building practice mainly focuses on mitigating and avoiding environmental harm by ensuring fresh air filtration and eco-friendly insulation, non-use of volatile organic compounds (VOC) to eliminate harmful chemicals in the construction materials, as well as the application of low impact of air conditioning.
This is accomplished by adhering to the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards, the current benchmark for green building ratings.
This certification process rates every stage of the property’s design and development for feasible building practices, underscoring the efforts to lessen environmental harm and ensure efficient use of energy.
The project is estimated to be finished by the last quarter of 2023 or the first quarter of 2024.
