Manila, Philippines – Government forces rescued Thursday night a Korean abandoned by his kidnappers due to his physical condition at the boundary of Lanao del Sur and Lanao del Norte. Soo was one of three Koreans forcibly taken by armed men on October 21 at Miami Inn Hotel on Varmenta Boulevard, Carmen, Cagayan De Oro. Capt. Arthur L.
