Beef stroganoff

Kung mayroong isang ultimate comfort food na perpektong ihanda sa lahat ng okasyon at madalas na iniluluto sa mga restaurants, ito ay ang Beef Stroganoff. Nagmula ang recipe na ito sa Russia at naging paborito itong putahe na inihahanda sa iba’t ibang bansa. Siguradong mapapa-yum yum yum ang inyong pamilya at maging ang inyong mga kaibigan kapag natikman na ang recipe ng inyong nag-iisang Chef Boy Logro!

Ingredients:
500 g beef strips
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
1 pc large white onion, thinly sliced
250 g button mushrooms, quartered
250 ml beef broth
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
250 ml heavy cream
3 pcs potatoes, peeled and quartered
1 tsp chives, chopped

Procedures:
1. In a bowl, put beef, paprika, salt and black pepper. Heat frying pan over medium-high heat. Brown beef in batches. Remove from pan and set aside.
2. In a casserole pot, seton medium heat, put in onion and cook, until golden. Add mushrooms cook until lightly browned. Add beef stock and Worcestershire sauce, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer until reduced. Stir in heavy cream, add beef and its juice. Simmer until sauce thickens. Add potatoes until tender.
3. Put in serving bowl and sprinkle with chives.
