Seafood ala King

Yum yum yum, mga Kapuso! Kung ang hanap ng inyong panlasa ay isang kakaibang Pinoy seafood recipe, hindi niyo na kailangan pang mag-isip kung anong putahe ang inyong gagawin dahil ituturo ko ngayon kung paano lutuin ang masarap na Seafood Ala King. Kaya naman siguradong makukumpleto na ang tanghalian o hapunan ng inyong pamilya at wala na kayong hahanapin pa.

Ingredients:
1 cup crab meat, sliced
250 g shrimp, washed and trimmed
250 g mussels, cleaned
4 pcs tilapia fillet, cut into squares
6 tbsps butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup button mushrooms, quartered
6 tbsps all-purpose flour
1 L fresh milk
500 ml chicken stock
300 ml all-purpose cream
1 pc green bell pepper, thinly sliced
Salt as needed
Black pepper as needed
6 pcs white bread
½ cup cheese, grated

Procedure:
1. Heat stock pot over low heat. Saute butter, garlic and button mushrooms. Add flour. Stir and slowly add milk, all-purpose cream.
2. Add chicken stock and continue to simmer. Put thyme. Season with salt and black pepper. Continue to simmer until cook and green bell peppers.
3. Transfer into serving pan and put the white breads on top. Grate cheese until bread are covered. Put in an oven toaster until cheese turns golden brown.
