Chicken Fingers with Veggie Sticks and 3 dips

Nais niyo bang gawing memorable ang isang espesyal o simpleng okasyon? Ngayon, hindi niyo na kailangan pang mag-isip kung ano ang dapat ihanda para maisakatuparan ito dahil ituturo ko kung paano lutuin ang isang masarap na Chicken recipe na sinamahan pa ng iba’t ibang dips na tiyak na magugustuhan ng inyong pamilya. Ito ang Chicken Fingers with Veggie Sticks and 3 dips. Yum yum yum!

Ingredients:
500 g chicken breast, skinless, cut into strips
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
1 cup all-purpose flour
3 pcs eggs
2 cups breadcrumbs
Cooking oil for deep-frying
1 pc carrot, peeled and cut into 1 inch lengthwise
1pc cucumber, cut into 1 inch lengthwise

Procedure:
1. In a bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika and breadcrumbs.
2. Dip chicken strips into the flour, then egg and seasoned breadcrumbs.
3. In a deep-frying pan, heat oil and cook chicken until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
4. Serve in a platter with veggie sticks and 3 kinds of dip.
Sweet and Spicy Dip

Ingredients:
½ cup white vinegar
½ cup white sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp salt
2 tsp chili flakes
1. In a saucepan, bring vinegar to a boil, mix in sugar, stir until dissolved. Add garlic powder and chili flakes. Let it simmer until vinegar cooks. Let it cool and set aside.
Cheese Dip

Ingredients:
250 g cheddar cheese
½ cup cheese spread
½ cup milk
¼ cup water
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Yellow food coloring
1. In a sauce pan, mix all ingredients and let it simmer. Whisk until no lumps appear.
Aioli Dip

Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp lemon juice
1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients together. Put in the refrigerator before serving.
