SEPTEMBER 13 is “Positive Thinking Day”, “a time set aside each year to concentrate on all things positive”.
Stressors of all kinds abound. There are no days of exemption. Irritants and challenges big and small just come even when we don’t want them, so every day must be a positive thinking day. Agree or disagree?
Even for optimistic people, there are times when being positive is not easy. Not entertaining negative thoughts and feelings calls for discipline – and it must be fast, or you will sink. Many people rationalized having negative feelings and thoughts, until one day they can not fight them anymore. Depression has set in without them realizing it.
Beat negative thoughts and feelings before they beat you. Here are inspiring thoughts to help you.
