GMA Network, in partnership with Jungo TV, is to launch Hallypop, the first-ever digital channel in the Philippines focusing onĀ Asian pop culture.
It will debut this Sunday, Sept. 20, with top-rating South Korean variety showĀ āRunning ManāĀ featuring Korean heartthrobĀ Park Bo-gum and Korean group BTS.
InĀ āHallystage,ā witness the concerts of Grammy-award winning performers U2 and BeyoncĆ©.
It will be followed byĀ āMusic Bankā and āStarGazeMuzikāĀ featuring high quality music videos produced out of Asia, in particular South Korea, Japan, Taiwan and Hong Kong.
K-pop royalty and starmaker Park Jin-young or JYP hosts the musical talk showĀ āJYP’s Party People.ā
Completing the list is talkĀ showĀ āSidewalk Talkā followed by reality TV competition showĀ āK-Pop Star.ā
GMA Network Chairman and CEO Felipe L. Gozon shared his excitement on the networkās partnership with Jungo TV.

First Vice President for Program Management Jose Mari R. Abacan aims to widen GMAās library of content via Hallypop.
