“This started as a buy-bust but then out personnel were able to discover the shabu laboratory,” sinabi ni Director Joel D. Pagdilao, hepe ng National Capital Region Police Office.
“The successful buy-bust operation and discovery of suspected shabu laboratory is part of the aggressive implementation of the deliberate, programmatic, and sustainable anti-criminality program of the PNP,” dagdag ni Pagdilao.
